As a Director or Manager, do you only ever manage to do your tasks when your staff allow you the time to do so?

Many businesses find it hard to remove small irritable inefficiencies even though they know what is required themselves.

One of the main reasons for this is that many businesses and staff in particular don’t see the short and long term benefits of investing time and money in removing small inefficiencies.

Imagine a single member of staff every day in your business losing 15 minutes due to a small irritable inefficiency.  Based upon an average working year, this equates to a loss in excess of a full working week for that person alone.

So isn’t it worth investing at least that amount of time and money in removing that particular inefficiency such that within a year you actually start to make a profit from your initial investment?

But just as importantly, it may give you the opportunity to manage your tasks and business better as everyone including you may have just a little more time!
